  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will either have to be rescheduled, altered or opt for another service that fits the remaining time frame.

    Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you’d like to make changes to the services you have scheduled, 48 hours notice must be given to adjust or accommodate timing.

    Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
